Cycles of Change is a period photo project dreamed up by Heather Litster of Heather’s Holistics. In January 2024, she reached out to me and asked me if I would bring her vision to life—because up until now, there weren’t very many really helpful images of menstruation online. I am all about body-positivity, so of course I was all in. Together, we created the Cycles of Change Project as a way to bring more publicly accessible imagery of menstruation & real-life situations surrounding periods to the world. It is our mission to help end the stigma surrounding periods. Below is a collection of photos from the project.
