As a wedding photographer in Peterborough, Ontario, I love photographing small, intimate weddings and elopements. I especially enjoy documenting authentic, unscripted human interaction; capturing the emotions and connections between you and your loved ones. I photograph to create beautiful memories of your unique story. I fancy myself a candid, documentary wedding photographer with a fine art flair. Weddings are a huge portion of what I photograph and I absolutely love every crazy minute of them. On your wedding day, I largely encourage everyone to just be themselves; let the tears flow, giggle and laugh as loud as you want, hug and hold hands, forget about all the what “ifs” and “should haves”, and just be present in the moment.

Below is a collection of photos from some of my favourite Peterborough weddings. You might recognize some with a backdrop of the Peterborough downtown. Others are photographed at local venues. A lot of the weddings I photograph these days happen right in people’s backyards, at home or at the cottage which always makes for a comfortable, relaxed environment to get married in. I highly recommend making your wedding day as easy as possible so you can focus on what matters on the day.
