Recently, Elina reached out to me searching for a quick headshot session to update her acting portfolio. The longer we chatted, the deeper dive we took into what a headshot session could actually be. On the day of the photoshoot, Elina arrived at my studio in downtown Peterborough with only 2 outfit changes, but had prepared a series of “characters” to appear as. We worked with the soft, natural light of the studio to complement the different roles she morphed into. It’s amazing how lighting your face in different ways can literally help people see you in a different light.
